Located at La Placita Food Court in downtown Tucson, co-owner Chris Early has 25+ years in food service and opened Chris' Cafe six years ago with the hope of "doing it her way". Chris will tell you she is a Cook not a Chef. She learned her home style cooking from her grandmother. Chris likes to think of her Cafe the same as she remembers her grandmother's kitchen; where there was always something cooking and all were welcome to make themselves at home.
