“Double Dip” at the Dailey Method, Lafayette

Enjoy a challenging, one-hour, Dailey Method class taught by Camino Pablo Mom/Instructor, Wendy Feldman. 

The Dailey Method is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning and stretching exercises that effectively lengthen, strengthen and tone the entire body.

Treat yourself and stay after class for “Sips and Apps” while you unwind and chat with other CP parents!
