Savor a 5-course dinner in the French Creole style, served at "Chateau Fulton," with all dishes prepared from the cookbook of Galatoire's Restaurant, a time-honored New Orleans tradition (and the Fultons' favorite restaurant in their "home town.")

Starting with classic shrimp re'moulade right through to the Bread Pudding with Banana Sauce, participants will receive a  great introduction to Louisiana cuisine.  Appropriate libations are included, of course.
