Hardin Cabernet Sauvignon, 2007:  Dense ruby/purple with elegant notes of black and red currants intermixed with licorice, subtle smoke, and striking minerality, this wine is deep, full-bodied, and opulent, with velvety tannins. It is already approachable and should continue to drink well for at least another 10-15 years. Lynmar Russian River Valley Chardonnay 2006: An aroma of lemon custard and lemon zest is backed by a faint lime juice quality.  Secondary aromas of apple and pear play off of a perfume-like floral character.  The palate is definitely dry with wonderfully balanced body, flavor intensity, and acidity.
