Treat your friends and family to an authentic Swedish Smorgasbord held in your own home.  The Smorgasbord will include: 3 types of marinated herring, Smoked salmon and/or gravlax with mustard sauce, egg halves with Scandinavian shrimps, Skagen hash (shrimp dish w/ dill), Swedish meatballs & cocktail sausages, Jansson's Temptation, Boiled small potatoes, Swedish cheeses, Medwurst, Swedish cracker bread, an assortment of Swedish snaps.  Dessert will be Swedish Creamcake with strawberries.
