RIOULT, founded in 1994. fast became an established name in modern dance with a reputation for creating and presenting the sensual, articulate, and exquisitely musical works of Pascal Rioult.  Born into the American modern dance tradition, RIOULT is creating its own legacy of contemporary dance that speaks to the mind as well as the heart. The company, based in New York City, tours nationally and internationally.
 
RIOULT premieres two new works at our New York City season at The Joyce Theater (January 19-24, 2010).  The new works further Mr. Rioult’s exploration of Bach scores and video animation.  Also on the program is a revival of "Harvest" (1992) and his signature "Bolero" (2002).   Last year’s audience favorite, "The Great Mass," set to Mozart’s work of the same name, will be presented at alternating performances.
