Magnificent Mommies is an exclusive nutrition awareness program created for the growing health needs of our children and ourselves. Poor nutrition, an unbalanced lifestyle and a diet polluted with environmental toxins, chemicals, food additives, and hormones hidden in our everyday foods are causing an array of health concerns. But armed with the right knowledge and tools, we can have healthier and happier lives.

Through both individual and school programs, Magnificent Mommies workshops create healthier lifestyles in young children and their adults. Our passion and area of specialty lies in working with families and children on such issues as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, behavior issues, strengthening the immune system, childhood obesity, allergies, and overall improvement in diet and health.
