With deliciously gruff deli waitresses who seem like they’ve been working the counter for decades, it’s hard to believe Artie’s only opened in 1999. The menu is a child’s dream: fries, hot dogs, chicken fingers, grilled cheese, sprinkle cookies, black-and-whites.
