L’Ecole, the restaurant of the French Culinary Institute, New York City's premier culinary school, is nestled in the heart of Soho. It is the only restaurant of its kind in New York City: serving the best in classic and contemporary French cuisine while grooming tomorrow's top chefs, including famous alumni Bobby Flay, David Chang, Dan Barber, and Wylie Dufresne. After completing all other aspects of their culinary educations, the students must prove themselves by working in the restaurant for 6 weeks. They are supervised by the school’s staff of experienced chef-instructors.
