L’Ecole, the restaurant of the French Culinary Institute, New York City's premier culinary school, is nestled in the heart of Soho. It is the only restaurant of its kind in New York City: serving the best in classic and contemporary French cuisine while grooming tomorrow's top chefs, including famous alumni Bobby Flay, David Chang, Dan Barber, and Wylie Dufresne. After completing all other aspects of their culinary educations, the students must prove themselves by working in the restaurant for 6 weeks. They are supervised by the school’s staff of experienced chef-instructors. Behind every meal at L’Ecole is the passion and dedication of over 60 chef-instructors and students from every corner of the school.

Special Instructions

Dinner is all inclusive, including food, wine, tax and gratuity for 4 guests, plus host, Steven Shaw. Winner will contact Steven directly to make the reservation. Please allow 1-2 weeks to secure a table. Please note, because the kitchen team works in 2 shifts, the restaurant accepts reservations only before 7pm and after 8pm. The certificate is valid through June 1, 2010.
