Tony (Anthony) Allen was born January 11, 1982 in Chicago, Illinois is now known as #42 of the Boston Celtics. A swingman, he can play as a guard or forward and was a 1st round pick in 2004 (25th overall).  In his rookie season in 2004–05 he averaged 6.4 points and 2.9 rebounds per game, and ranked 3rd in the league in steals per 48 minutes, with 2.89.
