Creative writer and Carroll mom, Anna Higgins, will write a personalized poem to commemorate a milestone event: marriage, the birth of a child, a special anniversary, birthday, retirement, or for a memorial service.  One or two meetings will be necessary to gather information most needed to create a poem that is poignant and powerful.
