This is 4 hours of skilled labor provided by a licensed, registered, fully insured remodeling business. 

You may use this for a single stand alone project, one or more small 'handyman' type of projects, or as part of a larger project. 

This time may also be used for consulting or advice on a current or future project.  If you are worried about the condition of your home, for example, the time could be used to evaluate some or all of your home, from the roof and chimney to the foundation, and everything in between!

Would you like to learn how to repair or install something yourself?   Perhaps you'd like to learn how to patch cracks in plaster walls, or how to prep and paint a room so it looks like a professional did it, or how to cut and install crown molding.  It's your choice.

Materials, other than fasteners, glue, and sundry items, are to be provided by the homeowner.
