Description
A HAND FOR MR. WALKEN
Martin McDonagh's first American-set play — the outrageously funny A BEHANDING IN SPOKANE — has arrived on Broadway in a 90-minute world premiere production starring Oscar-winning actor and Playwrights alum Christopher Walken.
Carmichael (Christopher Walken) has been searching for his missing left hand for almost half a century. Enter two bickering lovebirds with a hand to sell (Playwrights alum Zoe Kazan, and Anthony Mackie - recent Oscar winner for THE HURT LOCKER), and a hotel clerk with an aversion to gunfire (Sam Rockwell), and we're set for a hilarious rollercoaster of love, hate, desperation and hope.
The all-star cast is directed by John Crowley, who received a Tony Award® nomination for his work on Martin McDonagh's recent Broadway hit, The Pillowman.
After the show, you’re invited backstage to meet Christopher Walken & Zoe Kazan. Enjoy your visit, but don’t stare at his left hand; you wouldn’t want to make him angry.
