The West Bank - a favorite neighborhood haunt for stars of stage and screen - is a great place to people-watch!  Like Playwrights Horizons, owner Steven Olsen and The West Bank Café have been residents of 42nd Street's Theater Row since its humble beginnings in the 1970's, when the crowds were decidedly rougher.  We're sure glad they stuck it out, and you will be too once you taste this delicious meal.
