A very special dinner from a WACAP staff member! Invite your friends to this authentic Russian dinner for eight, served in your home in the greater Seattle area by Irina Vodonos, WACAP’s grant writer and owner of Moscow Gourmet Kitchen, a Seattle-based culinary business. This is your chance to sample some of Russia’s most typical and tasty dishes, which may include eggplant "caviar," Russian beet salad with walnuts, borscht, stuffed cabbage leaves and a scrumptious dessert. The menu will be developed based on your preferences and dietary restrictions. In addition, Irina is happy to demonstrate how she cooks some of her items so that you can make them yourself in the future. This was a new item last year, and the high bidder said it was wonderful!
