John Lane's Ogunquit Playhouse, one of Southern Maine's most important cultural landmarks, brings Broadway to the Beach each season. Opening in 1933, the work and vision of Walter and Maude Hartwig brought an outstanding, star-studded performing arts company to Ogunquit. Continuing this tradition for almost five decades, John Lane, owner and producer of the Playhouse, sought to provide his audience with the finest professional theatre in our region.

Titles under consideration for 2010 are: Monty Python's Spamalot, The Sound of Music, Anything Goes and Chicago.
