Description
Cristina Gosling will cater a tea party, for adults or children, for 12 people. If gluten free is requested, Kelly Gast will be contributing many of the items. You can pick 8 dishes from the list below, and will receive between 12 and 20 items of each dish. The food will be delivered to you on the day of your event, or the day before if it is more convenient. 2 weeks notice required. Blackout dates: March 11, December 21st to December 25th, July 28th.
Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Windsor, Rohnert Park, Cotati and surrounding areas only.
Food list:
Savory: Vegetarian cornish pasties, Cheese pasties, Cheese straws, Vegetarian sushi, savory scones, bread sticks, mini pizzas (vegan option), rolled sandwiches, cucumber sandwishes, egg salad sandwiches.
Sweet: Fruit scones, ginger scones, sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, florentines, brandy snaps, miniature fruit tarts (apple, strawberry, peach blueberry etc), truffles in a variety of flavors, coconut sweets, home made marzipan sweets, profiteroles, miniature frosted bundt cakes (chocolate or vanilla), variety of cup cakes, brownies, variety of dipped fondants, meringues (plain, chocolate, coconut, lemon or almond), chocolate dipped fruit.
Gluten Free Items Provided by Kelly Gast: scones, cookies and/or cream cheese coffee cake.
Shipping Cost for Gift Certificate: $0.44, plus $1.75 insurance (optional). The Charter Foundation is not responsible for any items lost in the mail.
Special Instructions
Billing Info: Item can be mailed to buyer at buyer's expense. Please see item description for details and shipping costs. The item can also be picked up at Sebastopol Independent Charter School after the end of the auction. Credit cards will be billed Wednesday December 16th. Unless you are a school parent, you will automatically be charged for shipping unless you contact us before 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, December 16th. If you would like rush delivery on your item, or if you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please contact by email:mcgosling@earthlink.net before 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, December 16th. We will accept Sonoma County checks, and can also accept bank transfers or Discover and American Express via Paypal through thecharterfoundation.org.
