Completion of rendering requires a visit to the property.  Following the site visit, we will schedule the start of the layout and drawing process.  Approximate production time is 1-2 weeks.  Rendering may not be complete before end of 2009 and the holiday season.  However, special requests are always entertained.

Auction item expires 12.31.2010.
