As the Seacoast’s first and only fully-equipped, certified Pilates and GYROTONIC® movement center, Studio 7 offers private, semi-private, and group instruction at our convenient location of 216 Lafayette Road (Route 1) in Rye, New Hampshire.

We have instructors who are fully certified in Power Pilates®, STOTT PILATES®, GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, and functional fitness training. Our staff consists of highly skilled and dedicated professionals. Our commitment is to provide each client with a multidimensional program that is tailored to meet his/her individual needs and goals. Our sessions utilize mat work and all pieces of professional pilates resistance equipment, including the Pilatesstick® System-the latest innovation in Pilates group exercise. In addition, we also house the only professional GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® on the Seacoast.
