This charming delicate chair with a spindle back is in excellent condition except for a break in the cane seat.  Cane can be replaced or a padded cushion used on top of it. ( see one attached photo as example) 

Appraised in 2005 for a replacement value of $400. Dated c.1880. Chair and appraisal can be examined.
