Bought in the early 1980's (by mail, from the Original Print Collectors' Group of New York City), it is #85 in an edition of 125, by David Shapiro. Matted and framed (with gold-tone metal), its dimensions are about 26" high and 30" wide.
Special Instructions
It's a colorful print that wears well over time. The artist was born in Brooklyn in 1944, earned a BFA from Pratt Institute and an MFA from Indiana University. Early in his career, he taught at several institutions of higher education, including Pratt and Parsons.
