You'll be nourished in a backdrop of cheery colors, warm woods, and a big soapstone hearth. Free WiFi, fabulous lattes, and friendly service. On weekdays, breakfast at Manna is served from 7:30am until 11:00am. In addition to famous oatmeal pancakes (a regular specialty at the Collins House Bed and Breakfast for 20 years!) you'll find a variety of egg dishes, two daily special sensational deep-dish quiches, and a number of lighter options.                  On weekends brunch begins at 8:00am. Saturdays they serve until 12:00pm, and Sunday brunch is served until the 2:00pm closing time. The weekend brunch menu includes most of the daily options and some mouth-watering house specialties like Sticky Bun French Toast, Lox and Shmear, and Scrambles, Frittatas and Omelets with yummy ingredients like roasted red peppers, fresh spinach, roasted asparagus and carmelized onions. Featured on weekends only are authentic bialys as an accompaniment to all egg dishes.     You'll probably also want to take home a loaf of their hand-crafted bread-baguettes, multi-grain boules, rye, buttermilk white, honey whole wheat, challah on Fridays and bialys on weekends.
