Owners Paul and Kate Landry identified a need for an upscale fish house that offered healthy choices while maintaining seasonality. It was their intent to introduce a seafood grill concept fusing American cuisine and products with a multi-national flair. The new concept provided an opportunity to offer unique preparations and presentations while utilizing healthier cooking techniques.
