Honor your loved one with this special opportunity to include his or her name on our 2010 Memory Walk t-shirt. Memory Walk takes place at 13 sites statewide, and more than 5,000 t-shirts are printed.
Winning bidder must submit information to be printed by May 31, 2010. Shirts will be printed for Memory Walk in fall 2010. Eight word maximum. Name will be printed below sponsor logos on the back of the t-shirt.
Special Instructions
Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee if necessary, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Hard items will be shipped via UPS and billed at standard industry rates; gift cards will be mailed via postal mail. Items may also be picked up from the Alzheimer's Association office in Falmouth, Maine.
