A great gift of soup to warm up with on a cold winter night!

Instructions attached:

Add beans to a large stockpot. Cover with hot water and let soak overnight. Drain and add 2 quarts of water. Bring toa  boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for one to two hours or until beans are almost tender. Stir in two 14.5 oz cans of stwewed tomoatoes and seasoning mix. Simmer uncovered on to 1.5 hours or until beans are tender. Makes approximately 12 cups.
