The Penny Cluse menu covers a lot of territory, not reflecting a particular region or style, but a compilation that satisfies a broad range of tastes. The breakfast side of the menu is a continuation of menus that Charles worked on in San Francisco. Customers have admitted to dreaming about everything from gingerbread pancakes to huevos rancheros. The tofu scram and omelettes are the biggest sellers with hundreds of ingredient combinations to choose from. While the breakfast side of the menu has largely stayed the same over the years, lunch has changed and shifted to accommodate the tastes of our customers and the interests of our cooks. The ever-talented Penny Cluse team also creates a multitude of baked goodies, soups, and daily specials.

The auction will run from November 15, 2009 to December 4, 2009, 10:00 a.m. Auction items then go to our live President's Gala event. The highest bid at the closing of the live Gala auction wins. Winners not present at the Gala will be contacted by Burlington College.
