Become a beef expert with this incredible, once-in-a-lifetime package. The winner and three friends will take a guided tour of the Dry Aging rooms at DeBragga and Spitler, one of city's finest meat purveyors, with acclaimed food writer and JBF Award winner Betty Fussell.
Your steak education doesn't stop there. In anticipation of a very special dinner, while at DeBragga you will select which 50-day dry-aged Niman Ranch Prime Angus Short Loin you'd like your Porterhouse steaks cut from. You'll enjoy that exact cut of beef later in the evening at a special dinner for four at Craftsteak, where you and your three guests will be joined by Betty and one of the owners of DeBragga and Spitler, George Faison or Mac John Sarrazin. The winning bidder will also take home eight 42-day dry-aged Niman Ranch New York strip steaks, courtesy of DeBragga.com, and two signed copies of Betty Fussell's Raising Steaks.
