From "Valerie's Favorites - Fom My Kitchen to Yours"...Valerie has over 30 years experience cooking and entertaining.  Can't reach Marth Stewart by phone, no problem...just call Valerie.  She has donated 5 dinners to be chosen by the winner of this auction.  Each dinner feeds approximately 6 people.  You may also substitute catering for 30 in place of individual meals.  They are all homemade, made to order and only the finest, fresh ingredients are used.  These meals can be picked up at American Christian School unless other arrangements are made.  Certain substitutions can be made according to your dietary needs.  All meals serve up to 6 people.  Menu included...perfect for the holidays or to keep in the freezer for those meals that are needed quickly...perhaps you know a family in need...so many reasons to have this service.
