…. Our steaks come only from selected Midwestern feed lots, where grain feeding produces that rich beef flavor. We proudly serve U.S.D.A Prime and Sterling Premium Beef. Every steak is cut and trimmed on the premises to our specifications.
Our steaks are specially aged from three to five weeks for the purpose of making each steak sweeter tasting and more tender.
