A great, relaxing get-away spot – still within easy driving distance of beaches, restaurants, shopping and all the other attractions of this unique island. The Island of Martha’s Vineyard is seven miles off the southeast coast of Massachusetts. There is regular ferry service from Wood’s Hole, MA. Driving time to Wood’s Hole is approximately 5 hours from New York City or 2 hours from Boston. There is also direct air service to the island from either city.
