EXAMPLE:  If your bid is $1,000.00 (payable to Hedgcoxe Elementary PTA), Wise Orthodontics will double your $1,000.00 bid as a credit towards your orthodontic treatment fee.  Therefore, you would receive $2,000.00 credit towards care in our office!  This certificate is transferable, and will be treated like cash towards treatment credit once signed and confirmed with Stonebridge Orthodontics. 

Stonebridge Orthodontics will double any bid between $500.00 and $2,000.00 with a maximum value of $4,000.00 towards orthodontic care.

Applies to new patient and current patients that have not yet begun an active phase of treatment.  May be used towards comprehensive or interceptive orthodontic treatment.  Not applicable for invisalign or RWB treatment.
