From the Seraphim Classics Collection by Roman, Inc. this is "Blythe, Heavenly Dreams"  Item #81774.  This beautiful piece is a Syndicated Catalog Exclusive Early Release which was retired on September 1, 2002.  Standing approx 8" tall this figurine is in mint condition with original box, all paperwork and gold tag.  The base measures approx 4 1/2" wide by 2 3/4" deep.  Displayed for only a short time and then safely stored in a nonsmoking household.  The certificate of authenticity reads as follows..."Love doesn't make the world go round.  Love just makes the ride worthwhile" - Franklin P.
