I hand-turned this pen on a lathe. The style of pen is a Deco 7mm Pen with a pearl satin finish. The barrel is turned out of black palm wood, which has shafts of black grains among light brown grains. It has a twist mechanism where the top and bottom pull apart so that the ink cartridge can be replaced.
