A Club For All Reasons Nearly 25 years ago we created our mission statement to “serve our community and our members...knowing that fitness is a lifelong pursuit.” We still honor that mission today.

Harbor offers one of the most comprehensive selections of fitness, health and wellness services in the area with its four swimming pools, basketball courts, reformer and mat pilates, yoga, tai chi, swimming lessons, warm water exercise classes, racquetball, cycling, and 160 classes per week.

No Spandex Required - All Ages Welcome
We provide a family-friendly environment where you can feel comfortable achieving your health goals, whether you prefer to wear spandex or your favorite t-shirt and shorts.

Walk through our club, and you'll see people of all ages and abilities using our pools, playing basketball, participating in our wide variety of classes, or using our state-of-the-art exercise equipment.

We are truly a 3-generational full service health club with members who are young or young at heart.

Friendly Staff
Our welcoming staff members have a wealth of experience (some 20 years plus!) and are in it for the long-term. They are constantly looking for ways to provide new and exciting opportunities and classes.
