Jenn Nicholson Paskus

As a lifetime lover of dogs, they naturally became subject matter for me. I received an art degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1995. There I concentrated on painting and printmaking.

My love of dogs continued with my dog walking business from 1995 through 2003. This endless supply of inspiration continued to influence my work.

My work expresses the coming together of two passions-animals and art. The vibrant colors I use reflect the emotion and joy that dogs bring to our lives. I want my work to represent the connection that people feel with their pets.

Studio Dog Star was started in 2002. Through painting and computer graphics I look to create funky and contemporary art for people who love their pets.
