Lessons are forty-five minutes (over an hour for high school students) long and are open to beginning, intermediate and advanced flute students. 

Beginner students: Learning to read music, rhythm, ear training, listening assignments, introduction to producing a good flute sound

Intermediate students: Scales, playing pieces on studio recitals, learning to play with piano, reading accidentals, listening assignments

Advanced students: three octave scales, preparing for college auditions, playing with piano regularly, competitions, going through staples of flute literature, listening assignments
