Executive chef Macku Chan (Kaze, Mirai, Heat) and his sushi chef brothers Kaze and Hari Chan are behind this Lincoln Park sushi spot where they serve both traditional sushi and their signature sashimi and nigiri with seasonal toppings, popularized at the now-shuttered Kaze in Roscoe Village, as well as contemporary Japanese entrees. They've quickly converted the former Luna Caprese space on Clybourn Avenue, adding an eight-seat sushi bar and freshening up the dining room.
