GapSmart! is a consulting firm that helps high school and college seniors select and apply to gap year programs.  A Gap Year is the time between high school and college or after college before attending grad school or joining the workforce.  During a Gap Year, the student spends 6 months to a year doing community service and traveling to gain maturity and experience.  This time spent doing service for others and traveling helps the student gain clarity in their educational path and life direction.
