Chef Finland is an honors graduate from L'Academie de Cuisine and has cooked at La Chaumiere, a restaurant well-regarded for its classic French cuisine, as well as Central Michel Richard, the recipient of the 2008 James Beard Foundation's "Best New Restaurant in the U.S." award. Today Brooke is a private chef servicing several clients in the D.C. area.
