FMS is an American indie rock band consisting of members from The Antiques, The Traditionist, Whackstatic, The Mo-odds and The Fighting Supaks. Their self-released EP "We Are, We Go" was released in late 2009. The band, mostly Los Angeles transplants by way of San Francisco, began steady gigs in support of "We Are, We Go" in the LA area at places such as Hyperion Tavern, King King, Crane's, Mr. T's Bowl, El Cid and The Airliner. Their influences include Wilco, M. Ward, Blind Pilot, and Fruitbats among others. Currently, Franklin Music School is in the studio at work on their full-length album. Their song "Take it From Somebody Who Knows" will premiere in the film "Act Naturally" at 2010's South By Southwest Festival (SXSW).
