Description

Included here are three bottles EACH of Nola Vineyard's current releases of the 2006 Syrah and 2007 Sauvignon Blanc.

The 2006 Syrah was created using grapes from White Hawk Vineyard in Santa Barbara County. This Syrah is full of dark black fruits with notes of red cherry and plum. It has soft barrel toast aromas with warm pepper and spice, with fine tannin support.

The 2007 Sauvignon Blanc has lifted tree fruits, lime, lemongrass and gooseberry, along with lifted melon flavors with a broad mouth-filling palate. It has a lovely clean finish and is dynamic with food.

Nola Winery's passion is to produce small amounts of handcrafted wines that can be enjoyed by themselves or paired with foods for outstanding results.

A boutique winery located in San Francisco, founded in 2005 by Jeff Filimon and Len Stecklow, Nola Winery first released a complex Syrah in 2005, followed by a crisp and delicious 2006 Sauvignon Blanc from Galleron Vineyard in Napa. Both were met with high praise and were quickly sold out.
