Jeff Lubin is one of the best-known children's photographers in the Washington, DC area.  This package includes a pre-portrait consultation with Jeff to discuss the portrait session (ie, clothing and backgrounds).  It also includes the creation fee, the in-studio portrait session, and one finished 8 X 10 marquis portrait.
