This certificate entitles the bearer to $250 for veterinary services or supplies.  This includes all of their available services including medical care, vaccines, surgery, dentistry, and cat boarding. Any medication requests must be accompanied by a prescription if your pet is not our patient.  You must present certificate at time of service.
