This year, I decided that 8^th graders should create something that would be meaningful to them as the graduating seniors in the school.  A handmade memory book seemed a perfect choice!  Each student created a two page spread, documenting their time here at St. Andrew’s in drawing, photographs, found objects, and writing.  We had a contest to see who could come up with the best cover idea.  Danielle Daitch won that honor and worked hard to create a dynamic cover that encompasses the feel and history of the 8^th graders as a whole.  The result is a personalized collection of memories from this tightly knit class bound together in a beautiful large coffee table book.  Sure to be a prized possession for many years to come, the book measures 13 1/2” x 13 1/2”.
