Description

Students in Ms Painter’s second grade class looked at, discussed & created a fish in the style of Paul Klee. Each student drew a fish, colored with oil pastel and chose a special place in our underwater composition. We then worked as group to create an environment (seaweed, plants, etc) and paint the water.

Paul Klee (German pronunciation: [kle]) December 1879 –June1940) was a Swiss painter of German nationality. His highly individual style was influenced by movements in art that included expressionism, cubism, and surrealism.

Contributing artists: Marguerite Marinakis, Matt Mangano, Kian Nixon, Sean Bajadek, Annie Heller, Lauren Birner & Jaden Robinson.

This is a Live Event Item.
