Wellness Checkup
Documenting your child’s Wellness Checks is going to be easy when using this section of the journal. The basic information given during these checks can be quickly documented while at the visit with your child’s doctor. We’ve made certain to include height, weight and even a space to write their percentile for each so you can make sure your child is on track.
Sick Day Record
We developed the Sick Day Record section of the journal keeping in mind how overwhelming it can be to keep track of all the important information needed while your child is having a “sick day.” With the easy to use format, you will be able to log multiple temperatures and medications given for a day that your child is ill.

Our History
Live Simply, LLC was created by sisters with an entrepreneur spirit. Degreed professionals, both Karla and Kelly have obtained Master degrees in Education and have over 30 years combined experience as educators.
The Live Simply Health Journal came into fruition when Kelly, co-owner of Live Simply, LLC shared her journal while having her daughter, Chloe, treated for an ear infection with her health care provider. Keeping a journal from the day she became a mother, doctors and health care professionals were always impressed with her documentation of doctor's visits and medications given during sick days. Because this journal traveled with Chloe to daycare and overnight visits, emergency information was readily available if needed. Medical professionals commented at what a great idea this journal was and wished more parents were as organized.
