Winner will send the application essay(s) and copies of accompanying application forms to Heather and she will spend up to 2 hours reviewing. Hour #3 consists of student and Heather meeting at the library or other convenient location to go over her suggestions (or if a meeting is not desired, she would mail back her suggestions to your student).
