During this Adult Dinghy Course from the Community Sailing Center (CSC), you will be introduced to sailing, nomenclature, wind awareness, weather, rigging, points of sail, tacking and jibing, docking, mooring, and general boating safety. At the completion of the course, you will receive a US Sailing Small Boat Certification that allows you to rent a boat from the Community Sailing Center's facility.

CSC is a community based non-profit organization that operates in a year-round facility on Burlington’s waterfront offering educational and recreational programming for all people. CSC joins in partnerships with other local organizations and schools to bring responsible and safe non-fossil-fuel-powered boating on Lake Champlain closer to everyone in the greater Burlington community.
