Have you been dreaming of a remodel, an addition, or a new house design? The winning bidder will spend four (4) hours with a certified green building architect (15 years experience) to start a master planning process, and then bring those ideas into focus.

Certificate expires September 25, 2010. Good only in the Greater Bay Area.
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA or mailed to the winning bidder. Certificate will be mailed via USPS first class mail. Mailing/shipping insurance is optional. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
