Paso Robles Zinfandel
Dark in the center and bright on the edge, the color indicates the high limestone content in the soil. Classic Paso aromatics like tart raspberries are a great lead into mouth-watering acidity. The acidity fits well with the weight of the wine and gives it a hedonistic balance which adds to the long and complex finish.
